Employment
Our employment group advises and represents clients in all aspects of employment law. We draft the employment contracts and monitor compliance with the Swiss Labor regulations. We help clients deal with the cantonal social security offices for all contributions to mandatory pension plans. We also advise on setting up private pension plans as provided for by Swiss Law. We also advise the other insurance requirements provided for by Swiss Law for employers, employees or self-employed individuals. We advise with respect to:
- employment contracts at all levels of the organization ;
- employees incentive schemes (including stock option plans);
- transfer of business units and business restructuring.
