Luca Bozzo was born in 1979 in Genoa, Italy. He is a graduate of the University of Fribourg Law School (Master of Law, bilingual, 2003) and spent one academic year at the University of Zurich's Law School. After graduating he worked one year for the London branch of the bank Lombard Odier (2003-2004).

Luca Bozzo completed his traineeship in the Corporate/M&A department of the firm Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva (2004-2006) and passed the Geneva Bar exam in 2007. He worked as an associate from 2007 to 2010 in the Corporate/M&A department of Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich. During his practice, he gained a broad experience in international business matters.

He joined Borel & Barbey as an associate in 2011.

Luca Bozzo is a member of the Swiss Bar Association and the Geneva Bar Association.

Luca Bozzo's practice focuses on Commercial and Business Law, notably Company and Corporate Law (setting up, structuring and shareholders' agreements), Contract Law and Mergers & Acquisitions (private equity and public takeovers). He advises regularly private and institutionnal clients on international transactions, both buy-side and sell-side.
