Pierre Bydzovsky was born in 1980 in Bern, Switzerland. He is a graduate of the University of Fribourg Law School (lic. iur, 2004). He then completed his formation at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Law School in Heidelberg, Germany and at the University Institute of European Studies of Turin, Italy, with a degree in International Trade Law.

Pierre Bydzovsky was admitted to the Geneva bar in 2007. He worked three years within the law firm Lachat, Harari & Partners before he joined Borel & Barbey in 2011.

Pierre Bydzovsky is also a graduate in criminal law, since 2011, of the School for the Judiciary of Western Switzerland.

On the military level, Pierre Bydzovsky served as a first lieutenant in the armed forces. He joined the Military Court 1 in 2010 as an examining magistrate and has been promoted to the rank of captain in 2012.

Pierre Bydzovsky is a member of  the Swiss Lawyers Federation, the Geneva Bar Association and of the Geneva Business Law Association.

Pierre Bydzovsky focuses his practice in Banking and Commercial Litigation, Contracts and Business Law, Arbitration both in domestic and international matters, mutual assistance in criminal matters and Litigation in white Collar crime.
