Litigation and Arbitration

We represent our clients before the Swiss courts in financial, commercial and administrative proceedings and in particular in the banking, insurance, financial services, mergers and acquisitions, tenancy law, intellectual property, competition law and employment law sectors.

Our lawyers are regularly involved in national or international arbitration cases. They are often appointed as arbitrators in respect of various arbitration procedures (in particular the Paris International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Swiss Chambers of Commerce, the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and UNCITRAL). They also act as ad hoc arbitrators, mainly in the areas of international commercial and construction law. Our team also represents parties before Swiss or foreign arbitration courts.

The Firm represents financial institutions and individuals in important white collar crime cases. Assistance to banks and wealth managers includes investigations, advice and representation in cases of banking fraud and money laundering.

Our team is very experienced in criminal matters as well as in international mutual assistance in criminal matters.
